This one is certainly a blast from the past, in fact 4 years ago for the 200 world cup in Germany. HMG Paints have a 25ft steel sculpture of a submarine outside its main site in Collyhurst, Manchester, for the World Cup HMG Paints gave it a make over with a St Georges Cross, a makeover which we have done once again this year for the World Cup in South Africa, you can see the HMG Paints Dreadnowt story here. For the 2006 World Cup I created a Dreadnowt World Cup Photo Album taking HMG's Dreadnowt submarine on a tour of Germany in the build up to the World Cup.  The Album was displayed in the HMG Paints Reception area on a large screen that visitors would see when entering the site. The tour saw the Dreadnowt meeting up with the England & Dutch squads as well as taking in a few games for itself. The idea was just a bit of fun and went down quite well around the site. This year the HMG Paints Dreadnowt has been featured in the Manchester Evening News, North East Manchester Advertiser, BBC Look North West and Sky Sports News which Georgie Thompson and David Jones struggling to comprehend who would have such a structure. The Photo Album was created fully in Adobe Photoshop.
